Refund and Returns Policy for RampLab.co.uk

At RampLab.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Condition of Items for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@ramplab.co.uk. Include your order number and reason for the return in your message. We may ask you to send images if there is a defect with the product. 

4. Refund Process

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process once we receive the returned item. We will strive to process refunds more quickly when possible. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where applicable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please initiate the return process by emailing us at info@ramplab.co.uk. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include exchanges or full refunds.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Any customized items or items made to order.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or defective. 

  • If a refund is issued for a faulty or defective product, we will also refund the cost of shipping for returns of faulty or defective products. To receive a refund for shipping costs, you must provide evidence in the form of a receipt.

8. International Returns

We do not accept international returns and only sell / ship within the UK.
