ORDER PROCESSING

For United Kingdom orders please allow up to 7 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 to 7 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

ONE TO TWO DAY DELIVERY WHEN SPENDING £99 OR MORE - UK ONLY. 

Orders that have a total value of £99.00 or more will be gifted one to two day delivery. This must be ordered between 9:00 AM - 15:00 PM, Monday - Friday. If ordered after 15:00 PM Monday - Thursday, it will be put onto the next day's shipping. If ordered after Friday 15:00 PM - Monday 9:00 AM, then the delivery will be sent out on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). This is for UK orders only.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ramplab.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
